TERMS AND CONDITIONS
At the Russian Keyboard Store, we will always dispatch your
order the very next day, which will go out using an equivalent
to Parcelpost Standard delivery. Here at the Russian Keyboard
Store, we will only be happy if you are completely satisfied
with our service and we will work to make your transaction

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
Items that are shipped internationally should NOT incur customs
charges when imported. Keyboards are shipped from Europe and
all will have Customs Declaration form CN22 attached from
dispatch.
WARRANTIES AND GUARANTEES
All keyboards are new and are covered by a manufacturer warranty
dated from the point of sale. All items carry a minimum 1
year guarantee againts fault or failure. Acme keyboards carry
a 5 year guarantee for added peace of mind. Warranties do
not cover normal wear and tear.
RETURNS
Our 14-day returns guarantee means that if for any reason
you are unhappy with your purchase, you can return it to us
in its original condition within 14 days of the date you received
the item, unopened (with any seals and shrink-wrap intact)
and we will issue a full refund for the price you paid for
the item. We can only accept the return of opened items if
they are faulty. Some keyboards may require drivers to be
installed on your computer. In most circumstances, these drivers
will be supplied by the manufacturer and will be included
in your purchase. If you experience difficulties please contact
us for assistance before returning any goods as keyboards
that do not work due to incorrect installation are not classed
as being faulty and cannot be returned. Please note that we
reserve the right not to accept items that have been returned
to us after 14 days unless they are faulty.
RETURNING ITEMS
Goods must be returned by the Buyer to Aspect7 Trading, 18
Larkspur Road, Lincoln, LN2 4SS, United Kingdom and should
be adequately insured during the return journey. The Buyer
will receive a full refund of all monies paid for the Goods
(including delivery charges, if any) within 14 days of cancellation.
If the product is declared faulty and is found to be faulty
upon examination then standard return postage charges will
also be re-imbursed to the buyer. If the product is returned
for any other reason, or is not found to be faulty upon examination
then return postage will not be reimbursed. If the Buyer fails
to return the Goods following cancellation, then no refund
can be issued. Goods to be returned must clearly show the
order date and customers' address on the package. Where returned
Goods are found to be damaged due to the Buyer’s fault the
Buyer will be liable for the cost of any repair.
PRICES
The price of the Goods shall be that which is stipulated on
the Website. The price is inclusive of all taxes if applicable
but does not include delivery charges. The total purchase
price, including delivery charges, will be displayed in the
your shopping cart prior to confirming the order.
